A man from Urk has been arrested on suspicion of committing fornication with a minor over an extended period. A spokesperson for the Public Prosecution Service confirmed this after reporting from Omroep Flevoland. The man is a teacher in Urk, the victim is not from that place and did not attend the school where the suspect teaches.
