In 2024, Taylor Swift is touring Europe and Great Britain as part of her current tour “The Eras”. In Germany she will perform on a total of seven dates in three cities: Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg and Munich.
Originally only one concert was planned. However, due to the high demand, Swift expanded her Germany tour with more appearances. In addition to the already known additional concerts in Hamburg and Munich, there are now two additional shows in Gelsenkirchen. In addition to the planned date of July 18, 2024, there will be an additional concert on July 17 and 19, 2024 in the Veltins Arena.
Ticket sales officially start on July 12th Eventim. Interested parties had to register on the site in advance. However, the registration phase is now complete. Only those who have pre-registered by June 23rd have a chance of an access code for sale. How much a ticket will cost is not yet known.
Support act for the European tour
Taylor Swift will not be touring Europe and the UK alone over the next year. Paramore are on the schedule as a support act for the Europe dates, including the Germany concerts. The alternative rock band from Tennessee around singer Hayley Williams will celebrate their 20th anniversary next year.
Taking to Twitter, Taylor Swift opened for Paramore: “Hayley and I have been friends since we were teenagers in Nashville and now we get to romp around the UK/Europe next summer??? I scream”
