This showed that the stalker was probably in prison and the star already wrote several letters in which he expressed his falling in love with Swift several times and in detail.

Now Swift has finally submitted the injunction against Brian Jason Wagner. This prohibits Wagner in contact with Taylor Swift and approaching her, your property, your car and workplace. It applies until Monday, June 30th.
