A van and a taxi collided head-on on the Halsterseweg in Steenbergen on Thursday morning. The driver of the bus was trapped and had to be freed by the fire brigade. He was rushed to hospital.
The driver of the taxi was checked by ambulance staff, but did not need to go to hospital. He was not carrying any persons at the time of the collision. The road is closed and police are investigating.
