Homes already cost half a million on average, but ‘the biggest madness is over’

The average sales price for an existing home in the Netherlands is now more than half a million euros. This is evident from the latest quarterly figures of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents (NVM). Yet real estate agents see less hectic pace, fewer bids and more room for viewings. ‘The craziness is over.’
