Singer Tapani Kansa’s home in Espoo’s Westend has been for sale. However, the villa’s sale announcement has now been removed From the Etuovi.com service and a competing service.
The house left the Etuovi.com service on January 1.
The asking price for the building has been more than 2.8 million euros. The 423.5 square meter three-story house has ten rooms, a kitchen and, among other things, four bathrooms.
The house is located on a garden plot of 1445 square meters.
The house has been owned by Kansa’s spouse Nina af Enehjelm for years.
– Tapani sold the house to me four years ago. It was his will. We had long discussions about it. In the end, we ended up with the loans being transferred to me and me buying the house from him. But after everything has changed, it is now for sale, af Enehjelm told Iltalehte.
The real estate transaction has also been accompanied by fierce claims made by Kansa’s close circle. Opinions from Kansa’s close circle were presented to Iltalehte, according to which af Enehjelm would have made a sale of the Westendin house with Tapani Kansa, who underwent heart surgery in 2021 and was in poor health, and paid an underpriced price for it.
Nina af Enehjelm and the singer’s brother Seppo Kansa vehemently denied the allegations.
Tapani Kansa died in March 2025 from complications after gallbladder surgery.
Iltalehti has so far not been able to reach Nina af Enehjelm or the real estate agent involved in the sale of the house to comment on why the house’s sale announcement has been removed from the service.
Iltalehti and Etuovi.com belong to the same Alma Media group.
