Take That arrives in Finland

The super popular boy band of the past years performs today as a three-piece.

One of the most popular boy bands of all time, the British Take That will return to Finland to perform in June of next year after a break of no less than 29 years.

The band, who last performed the last concert of the European leg of the Everything Changes tour in Helsinki in 1994, will be seen in Kaisaniemi Park on June 27, 2023.

by Gary Barlow led by the band officially broke up in 1996, when Robbie Williams left the band already the previous year. The band first got back together as a four-piece in 2006, and in 2010 Take That operated for a couple of years in its original five-piece lineup.

Manchester-based Take That’s current line-up includes Gary Barlow, Mark Owen mixed Howard Donald, and the trio will also be seen next year as the headliner of the giant BST Hyde Park event in Great Britain. Mark Owen recently revealed to PA News Agency that the band also discussed recording new songs next year.

Take That’s biggest hits include Pray, Relight My Fire, Patience, Back for Good and How Deep Is Your Love.

Take That has released eight studio albums so far in their career, the latest of which, Wonderland, was released in March 2017.

Tickets for the Helsinki gig go on sale next week, Monday, December 19 at 11:00 a.m.
