Last week it was reported that the actor Sylvester Stallone, 76, and the model Jennifer Flavin, 54, divorced. The couple managed to be married for 25 years, and they have three daughters together.
Although it is one of the longest partnerships in Hollywood, the couple’s journey was not without problems.
Before Flavin, Stallone was married twice. First By Sasha Czack with in the years 1974–1985 and by Brigitte Nielsen in the years 1985–1987.
Flavin and Stallone first met at a restaurant in 1988. The 19-year-old Flavin was hanging out with his friends.
Stallone was 41 years old and just at the peak of his career.
The actor is especially known for his role as Rocky Balboa in those focused on the world of boxing Rocky– in films that appeared mainly in the 70s and 80s. Stallone’s other famous role is the Vietnam war veteran John Rambo.
No one knows exactly how the couple’s life together began.
They first appeared together on the red carpet at the end of the same year in Los Angeles, after which they became a regular sight at premieres.

Everything went well until 1994, when Stallone divorced Flavin after cheating on her with a supermodel by Janice Dickinson with.
He left Flavin in a six-page handwritten letter.
Flavin found out the real reason for the breakup a few days later when she found out from her modeling agency about her husband’s relationship with the supermodel.
Flavin was very disappointed and upset by Stallone’s actions.
– I have no idea that this would happen. We talked about having children, and when I could try to get pregnant, Flavin has said in an interview.
Shortly after the affair, Dickinson had a girl rumored to be Stallone’s. However, the actor found out with the help of a paternity test that he is not the child’s father. After this, Stallone immediately ended his relationship with the supermodel.

A year later, the couple decided to forget the past and get back together. In 1996, they had their first child together, when Sophia Rose Stallone born in.
Shortly after birth, the little one had to undergo an operation because a hole was found in the heart. However, the operation was successful, and the child went home healthy.
A few months later, the couple got married in the presence of only their loved ones at the Dorchester Hotel in London.
However, Flavin did not forget that he had been betrayed.
– I’m not naive about what can happen when I’m not there. He’s a 45-year-old man, I can’t change who he is, Flavin has said.
The couple had two more daughters together, Sistine Rose was born in 1998 and Scarlet Rose in the year 2002.

Last year, the couple made headlines when their family home in Los Angeles was put up for sale with an asking price of $110 million.
In May of this year, Stallone and Flavin celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Both shared writings praising each other and their marriage on social media.
Just two months later, Flavin shared a questionable post on his Instagram account. In the picture, she posed with her three daughters.
– These girls are my priority. Nothing else matters, the caption said.

The day before Flavin filed the divorce papers, Stallone went to a tattoo parlor where he covered his wife’s face on his shoulder with a picture of his dog.
In addition to filing for divorce, Flavin accuses Stallone of transferring their joint assets to himself.
