Swedish ski star Linn Svahn’s World Championship trip to Trondheim is really over before it started properly.
25-year-old Svahn crashed on Wednesday in practice and got a concussion that had to leave the opening trip of the World Cup on Thursday.
On Friday it turned out that the concussion is such a serious variety that Svahn cannot compete in Trondheim at all.
The doctor did not give him permission to compete. This led the skier’s only trip to Trondheim.
Viaplay released a video showing how the Swedish who won 13 World Cup sprint competitions falls downhill and hits his back in the snow as it falls.
The racing sisters were sorry for the Swedish. Heidi Weng of Norway admitted she was crying.
“I’m really grateful for all the care and support I received,” Svahn said Expressento the magazine.
