Suzanne Schulting fulfills favorite role and takes gold at 1000 meters | Olympics

Placement

The force majeure of Schulting in the semi-finals is already great. So big, in fact, that she was able to slow down in the last part of her race. Ultimately set a time of 1.28.108. In the quarterfinals, Schulting gave an even bigger masterclass, by placing themselves well ahead of the rest of the field together with Xandra Velzeboer – who ultimately did not make the final. Schulting even set a world record with a time of 1.26.514. For Sanne Poutsma, the tournament ended in the quarterfinals, she finished fourth.
