“Summer destinations such as Southern Europe are becoming increasingly risky”: what does the changing climate mean for your vacation?

The summer vacation has started and so we are leaving en masse towards Southern Europe. But just in those traditional holiday paradises, the weather changes rapidly under the influence of climate change. Every country around the Mediterranean seems to develop its own climate problems. But what impact can you expect in your holiday destination? Are there any tips to bypass climate problems? And in the future do we perhaps look better at other countries for our summer relaxation? Climatologist Dr. Lander van Tricht explains.
