Two men threw stones at a U5 subway train on Wednesday night and threatened the driver.

After the incident at the Kienberg underground station, the police are investigating a 20-year-old and a 25-year-old, a spokeswoman said on Wednesday.

In addition to property damage, insult and threats, they are accused of using signs of unconstitutional organizations. Because when the 39-year-old driver left the train station by train, the men are said to have raised their right arm in a Hitler salute.

Before that, the duo is said to have thrown stones at the train at around 12:20 a.m. and banged their fists on the side window of the driver’s cab. The driver was not injured.

According to the police, a search was made for the men in the vicinity of the subway station, and they were successful. A breath alcohol test showed them values ​​of around 1.2 per thousand and around 1.4 per thousand.
