Traffic fines are getting higher and higher. The boss of the Central Judicial Collection Bureau (CJIB), the organization that imposes the fines, believes that this has gone too far. The amounts, and especially the increases when people do not pay immediately, are too high. Should traffic fines be reduced or is that not possible because the budget is no longer balanced?
