As the journalist Neil Jones writes in his column for the “CaughtOffside” portal, Mané will not switch to head coach Jürgen Klopp’s team. The 31-year-old played for the Reds between 2016 and 2022. About a year ago, the offensive man then moved on to Bayern for around 32 million euros.
“He won’t return to Liverpool, we can probably rule that out, but his difficulties at Bayern will make for an interesting situation in the summer,” Jones said.
The sportscaster added: “I wouldn’t be surprised if he returns to the Premier League as Newcastle have recently been linked with him.” In fact, Mané has been traded with the Magpies for the past few weeks.

Transfer journalist Ekrem Konur recently reported on the interest of Al-Nassr from Saudi Arabia. “Maybe that’s an option for him, but from my point of view I’d still like to see Mané play in the Champions League, at the highest level and remind everyone how good he is because the Bayern version of him isn’t his real me,” Jones said.
