Southern Europe moans under heat: 46 degrees in Spain, code red in 21 Italian cities and code orange in large parts of France

The south of Europe moans under a heat wave, with temperatures above 40 degrees. In Spain, even the national hair record for June died: it became a sizzling 46.0 degrees in El Granado (Huelva). In Italy, code red applies in 21 cities, for France, the Orange code prevails in 73 of the 96 departments.
