The ski crossers are just starting the World Cup. But there are already concerns about the Austrian Johannes Rohrweck.
The Austrian ski crosser Johannes Rohrweck fell at the start of the World Cup season in Val Thorens, France. Towards the end of his semi-final run, the 35-year-old remained lying down and had to be transported away on a rescue sled.
A diagnosis and details about his state of health were initially pending, but according to initial reports, Rohrweck appears to have seriously injured his knee.
Rohrweck has celebrated two World Cup victories in his career so far. In total he achieved six podium places.
