This evening, Friday 12 December 2025at 9.30pm on Real Time (channel 31) airs there final of the thirteenth edition of Bake Off Italy – Desserts in the oven. The BBC cooking show, produced by Banijay Italia for Warner Bros. Discovery, and hosted by Brenda Lodigiani, has come to an end. The judges Ernst Knamhistorical character of the program, Damiano Carrara e Tommaso Fogliaand the super regular guest of the technical test, the Master Pastry Chef Iginio Massariwill evaluate the competitors for the last time finalists. In the setting of Villa Borromeo d’Adda in Arcore (MB) the title of Best amateur pastry chef in Italy.
As in the previous episodes, there will also be events during the final three classic challenges: each test, however, will be characterized by a direct elimination. We will start with the creative test: the finalists will have to prepare a Saint Honoreafter watching a show cooking by the three judges. The worst will have to leave the race.
Following will be the technical testin the presence of Iginio Massari who chose to have the three remaining competitors create some single portions of modern peach flavored cake that make up a flower. The two super finalists will have to compete for victory in the final duel: they will have to cook a dessert that celebrates the victory.
