Roeselare started the match very well. After five minutes, Beyens was suddenly able to finish in the second zone: 1-0.
Just before half -time, Kyan Himpe, who came from KV Kortrijk, continued in the sixteen of Dessel. Defender Rau was only able to stop him wrongly and so the ball went on the spot. DeBoever waited neatly until the goalkeeper was on the wrong leg and brought the home team 2-0.
But soon after coffee, Dessel was able to mitigate. Sposito served Van Keilgom and at 2-1 we got a match again.
That position remained on the board until the final phase. But the venom was in the tail for Roeselare. With a handsome free kick, Sposito – the best man on the field – gave his team another point: 2-2.
