Silvana Olguin, how were your beginnings in your profession?
I always liked the commercial part of sales and social and public relations, which led me to study a career as a Real Estate Broker, Public Auctioneer and Appraiser. I graduated in 2011 and began working in a friend’s real estate agency. Due to my dedication to work, my love for the profession and my great performance, I decided in 2018 to open the doors of my own real estate agency, thus establishing what is today “Silvana Olguin Negocios Inmobiliarios”.
What are the services you provide to the public?
The services I provide are property management, general appraisals and sales.
How do you project yourself for the future?
Since I have consolidated a portfolio of exclusive clients, my objective is to position myself as a reliable and ideal reference for Rio Cuarto, the area and different parts of the country. Since I am venturing into digital marketing, I seek to combine new technologies with human treatment that is irreplaceable to optimize both clients’ times and real estate transactions.
What are your differentials in the sector?
What stands out to me is that I don’t treat operations as transactions, but as life transitions. I understand that buying and renting generates stress and anxiety, that is why my added value is Operational Empathy: I not only listen to what the client asks for, but I understand what they really need. I don’t give up the search if the first options don’t fit; My commitment is comprehensive support until they have the key in hand and feel that they made the right decision.
At the same time, I have begun to study a career in law. Which I consider to be a fundamental tool for different real estate operations. This leads to more comprehensive and interdisciplinary advice.
