The connection with the thirteen year old from the province of Rimini took place right on the web, it seems to have started from an online game. The investigation started from the Rimini Flying Squad of the State Police, coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Davide Ercolani. The officers notified the precautionary custody order for Favarigna who is resident in Sicily. The boy is accused of having lured the thirteen-year-old online and then manipulating him into performing sexual acts, threatening him with death and also threatening his mother.
