Large-scale operation for the Berlin police early on Tuesday morning at “Stutti”. Shots are said to have been fired there, and according to initial information, a man collapsed injured on the sidewalk of Stuttgarter Platz in Charlottenburg.

A hundred units with submachine guns at the ready moved in alongside police patrols and rescue workers.

The injured man was treated and taken to a hospital.

The sidewalk was closed, a search was made for traces of the shots and the first witnesses were also questioned.

In the morning, the police did not confirm whether it was a live weapon or a firearm, this is the subject of ongoing investigations. The perpetrator or perpetrators fled in an unknown direction, the search is ongoing.
