Sharon Osbourne wants to demonstrate against immigration together with far-right commentator Tommy Robinson.

Sharon Osbourne appears ready to take a stand on the immigration issue in Britain. Ozzy Osbourne’s widow is reportedly planning to attend an anti-immigration march.

The demonstration is organized by right-wing extremist commentator Tommy Robinson. Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, had previously held a similar rally in Trafalgar Square in London in September last year under the slogan “Unite the Kingdom”, which was attended by over 100,000 people. The new march will take place on May 16th under the same motto.

Osbourne virtually confirmed her participation in a social media call for the demo. She wrote: “See you at the demonstration.”

“We’re tired of migration, we’re tired of mass immigration, we’re tired of oppression by a tyrannical government,” Robinson said in an Instagram video accompanying the event. He further stated that he wanted to “bring London to a standstill”. Robinson continued: “They have tried to silence us for decades, but we will not be silenced any longer.”

Osbourne lived with her family in the USA for a long time and only returned to the island in 2025. So now the attempt to get politically involved in a movement that wants to turn social and social policy in Great Britain on its head.

Violent demonstrators

An estimated 5,000 anti-fascist counter-demonstrators faced the “Unite the Kingdom” rally in September led by numerous other far-right activists. There were 25 arrests at that time. 26 police officers were injured in riots. As the Guardian pointed out, counter-demonstrators were surrounded by rally participants for hours. Elon Musk also took part via video link, complained about a “woke virus” that would cloud people’s brains and called for people to defend themselves against it.

Further details about the new edition of the anti-immigration march have not yet been announced.

Sharon Osbourne’s political ambitions

It is not new that Sharon Osbourne supports conservative to right-wing political goals. In 2016 she made her support for Brexit public. She justified this with the high population density and the need to “take care of your own people first.” A turning point in these issues was her public support for Piers Morgan after his criticism of Meghan Markle.

Osbourne had also said she wanted to become politically active to prevent people with criminal backgrounds from being elected to the city council. She was then invited by the Conservative Tories to stand for the party in elections in Birmingham.

After the death of her husband Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon also received a personal message of condolence from Donald Trump, which she publicly acknowledged as very respectful.
