Lumezzane beats and catches Albinoleffe. Ravenna wastes the chance and takes home only one point against Gubbio. Trio by Pianese on Forlì, first draw of the season for Siracusa, Picerno hit in Monopoli

November 22 – 11.09pm – MILAN

While waiting for the big matches on Sunday (Brescia-Vicenza cover), there are 12 matches on Saturday. Here are the main ideas.

group a

In the playoff zone, Pro Vercelli benefits from the longest bench to beat Alcione: the signature is Jean-Guy Akpa Akpro, brother of the Verona midfielder. Lumezzane narrowly passes the AlbinoLeffe field and joins them in the standings: Caccavo decides, for a success that also represents the sixth useful result in a row for Troise’s team. In the salvation clash, Arzignano and Dolomiti Bellunesi move the table (a draw in the 90th minute by Clemenza, on a disputed penalty); one point each also for Virtus Verona and Triestina (anchored at minus 8), the 0-0 extends the long abstinence of victories for both and Virtus complains for a post hit by Bulevardi in the first half.

group b

While waiting for Ascoli-Arezzo, Ravenna fails to take advantage of the opportunity to take the lead for one evening: at the Benelli – under the eyes of Elisabetta Canalis, special guest – they end 1-1 with Gubbio, after De Marco’s initial goal La Mantia replies from the spot for the guests. Provisional fourth place for Carpi, which overtakes Rimini despite the numerical inferiority already after 16′ (at 1-0) due to the red card at Pitti (forbidden hit on Lepri punished after Fvs review). From the snow of Piancastagnaio comes Pianese, a brace from Bellini in the 3-2 against Forlì (third knockout in a row).

group c

Casarano wins again, passing to Giugliano scoring three goals from the flag (cajazzo’s delicious backheel, second consecutive knockout for Capuano). Bitter debut for Serpini on the bench of Sorrento, who fell against Casertana: Coppitelli resolved it with substitutions, given that Llano’s decisive goal came on an assist from Kallon (both substitutes). Trapani starts again, with a super first half (and Fischnaller’s eighth goal) knocking out Foggia, leaving them in last place. With time up, with Di Paolo, Siracusa gets their first draw of their season against Altamura. At 13, together with Siracusa and Sorrento, Picerno also arrives and makes a great coup in Monopoli: a brace from the Portuguese Abreu for the first joy of Bertotto’s management, Marcone – goalkeeper picked among the free agents – also did well to save a penalty from Tirelli.
