November 3 – 11.39pm – MILAN

At the foot of the podium in Group A, Inter U23 confirmed their success on the AlbinoLeffe pitch (fourth defeat in a row): in the 3-1 for the Nerazzurri the star of Luka Topalovic shone, entering 10′ from the end and splitting the game with a brace (header and then a violent right from distance, 4 goals and 3 assists for the 19-year-old Slovenian). Alcione also kept pace: two headers from Marconi (third consecutive goal for the 36-year-old center forward) and Bright were enough to overtake Pro Patria who remained second to last; with Bertoli’s brace, Ospitaletto instead wins the survival clash with Dolomiti Bellunesi and joins them in the standings at 13.

In group B, Juventus Next Gen fell to Pesaro with Primasso’s first professional goal (header from a corner). Brambilla’s team – back at base after a stint in the first team – came close to drawing several times with Deme, Anghelé and Amaradio but still suffered their sixth defeat in the last seven matches between the cup and the championship.
