The Ukrainian Football Federation announced that the 49-year-old Ukrainian coach Rebrov has signed a contract until 2026, replacing the temporarily incumbent Ruslan Rotan.
Rebrov, who also played in Fenerbahçe during his football career, coached the teams of Dynamo Kiev of his country, Al Ahli of Saudi Arabia, Ferencvaros of Hungary and Al Ain of the United Arab Emirates.
Ukraine, which was in Group C with England, Italy, North Macedonia and Malta in the 2024 European Championship Qualifiers, lost 2-0 to England in their first match.
