Seoul removes Propagandaid speakers along border with North Korea: ‘Attempted rapidance’

South Korea has started removing speakers along the border with North Korea, as a gesture to approach the north. The Ministry of Defense reports this in Seoul. The speakers were a thorn in the eye of Pyongyang, because it was a means of Seoul to spread anti-Noordeian propaganda.
