Seoul: North Korea has fired cruise missiles into Yellow Sea | Abroad

“The military detected multiple unidentified cruise missiles around 11 a.m. (3 a.m. Belgian time),” South Korea’s military chiefs of staff said in a press release. The missiles were fired towards the sea off the west coast.

“As we strengthen our monitoring and vigilance, our military has been working closely with the United States to monitor additional signs of North Korean provocations,” the chiefs of staff said, according to South Korea’s Yonhap news agency.

According to Yonhap, this is already the fourth time this year that Pyongyang has fired cruise missiles.
