The German volleyball players made the second victory in the Nations League.
The team of the new national coach Giulio Cesare Bregoli prevailed 3: 1 in Rio de Janeiro (25:22, 25: 18.22: 25.25: 23). The German selection against South Korea had achieved the only win.
The players had just missed a coup against the Olympic champions from Italy and the world ranking runners from Brazil. Camilla Weitzel (15) and Lina Alsmeier (14 each) now scored most points against the Czech.
In the Nations League, in which the 18 best teams in the world in men and women play twelve group games at three different venues and the best eight come into the KO round, the German women want to continue working on their form and self-confidence for the World Cup in Thailand from the end of August. The European Championship qualification is still due between the tournaments.
