The German team conceded its second defeat at the ice hockey World Cup, now the pressure is increasing: Denmark has opened up in the fight for a place in the quarter-finals.

Due to the 3: 6 (0: 3, 3: 0, 0: 3) in Herning, Germany, Germany slipped to fourth place in Group B table. Only the first four reach the quarter -finals. On Saturday evening, the fifth in the table Denmark pulled a 6: 3 (2: 1, 3: 1, 1: 1) victory against Norway to points with Germany. The Danes have played one more game.

Germany and Denmark meet in the last game on Tuesday. Previously, Germany will play against world champion Czech Republic on Monday.

Germany catches up 0: 3 and in the end loses
