Already in August, a member of Combs’ defense team had told “CNN” that the camp of the music mogul had addressed a mercy application to the Trump administration. “As far as I know, we contacted you and had discussions about a pardon,” said lawyer Nicole Westmoreland at the time.
Trump had previously indicated in an interview with “Newsmax” that he would probably not be pardoning Combs. The president said: “I was very friendly to him, I got off to him well, and he seemed to be a nice guy. I didn’t know him well. But when I ran for the office, he was very hostile.” This made a pardon “more difficult”, said Trump.
2014: “John Doe” under the influence of substance and abused?
After his conviction, Diddy is faced with two other lawsuits about sexual violence. As “Hot New Hip Hop” reports, a man submitted his lawsuit under the “John Doe” to the “John Doe” name on October 3 – the day of the conviction. The documents of the Los Angeles Superior Court show that the plaintiff had the opportunity to work with the music mogul at the end of 2014.
Accordingly, “John Doe” was taken to a house in Val Verde, where a music video was shot and an after-party was then held. After little alcohol consumption, he felt uncomfortable and lost awareness. He was led to a room and misused there. In the lawsuit, however, Diddy is not named as a perpetrator.
The plaintiff states that they have been positively tested for HIV as a result of the alleged abuse. He now calls for compensation in an indefinite amount.
2016: attack during the 20th birthday?
The second plaintiff accuses the hip-hop mogul of sexually abusing her in 2016 during the celebration of her 20th birthday in Los Angeles. According to “Hot New Hip Hop”, the producer asked her to accept a drink. When she rejected, he allegedly said: “Slut, that’s not a request. Drink the shit and hold the flap.” Then he misused her, said the applicant.
As soon as a lawsuit against Diddy is concluded with a judgment, the artist sees himself exposed to new allegations of sexual violence. He is already facing over 50 months in prison, as the New York judge Arun Subramanian decided. It is not yet known where the music producer will serve his prison sentence.
