An ex-girlfriend of Sean Combs, who claimed that the Mogul had repeatedly pushed her to take part in a “freak-off” before he was supposed to put her under drugs in Miami in July-two months before he was arrested-, has submitted her civil lawsuit again under her real name.

The woman, Chelsea Lovelace, submitted her lawsuit against Combs on September 27, 2024-a little more than a week after the 55-year-old was charged with sex trade, conspiracy for blackmail and transport for the purpose of prostitution.

Lovelace, who met Combs on his birthday trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands in November 2020 and dated him until last September, used a pseudonym (Jane Doe) when the lawsuit was first submitted, since it was sensitive abuse allegations and feared her security. In today’s explanation of the Rolling Stone, Lovelace said that she wanted to speak under her real name because she decided to “put healing about hiding”.

“What I once thought was love was control and abuse”

“There was a time when I really believed that we shared something real. In my heart, I believed for a while that he really took care of me,” says Lovelace. “The fact that we both provided for each other in a way that meant something. But over time this illusion broke. And with it also parts of me. What I once thought was love and loyalty quickly turned into manipulation, control and abuse. I was not seen as a person with soul, but as a character in a much bigger game.”

“And I didn’t want to believe it. I ran with God, with my heart, with my own silence. To submit this lawsuit – first as Jane Doe and now as myself – is not a revenge. It is an act of liberation,” she continues. “An act in which I speak my truth. In which I put healing over the hiding place. It’s about dignity. It’s about responsibility. All the times I said myself should be quiet and stay loyal – until it was too difficult to wear it.”

Combs contested all allegations of sexual attacks beforehand. “No matter how many complaints are submitted – it does not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or sexually exploited anyone – neither man nor a woman, neither adult nor minor,” said his lawyer team. “Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial judicial system that distinguishes between truth and fiction, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will win in court.”

Detailed allegations of control, drugs and abuse

Lovelace claims in the updated, 22-page application that the Rolling Stone has, that she quickly started a relationship after getting to know Combs. The couple met at least once a month, with Combs Lovelace’s trips organized to visit him in different cities such as Miami, Los Angeles and New York.

She claims that Combs had to perform a “show” for him every time she visited him.

(Lovelace spoke to Combs in January in January under the pseudonym “Nicole” and said that these shows had insisted that she was tied up with a warmed baby oil and carried out sexual acts with Combs for hours.)

Lovelace claims that Combs sexually misused her once in April 2022 in his house in Los Angeles. During the four -year relationship, he “put her under constant pressure to invite other men and women into the bedroom, although [Lovelace] had made it clear that she didn’t want to have any other people with them, ”said the lawsuit.

Statements are similar to those of former witnesses

In other disturbing allegations that resemble statements from the ongoing sex trade process against COMBS-among other things by ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and another ex-girlfriend under the pseudonym “Jane”-Lovelace claims her routinely alcohol and illegal drugs such as ecstassy to force you without her consent. In addition, he filmed some sexual encounters without their consent – which she found out later, as the lawsuit says.

Combs had therefore forced Lovelace to take these substances until she became passed out – once he administered her ketamine and put two unknown pills in her mouth. She passed out both times. She was often woke up with blue spots, once with bite tracks on her feet, without being able to remember how these injuries arose.

Lovelace further accuses Combs of being controlling, having held them from working and constantly commissioning his employees to contact them if he could not reach them. She was also afraid that Combs could monitor her communication if she was not with him.

Last visit to Miami – and the break

During her last personal visit in July 2024, Lovelace previously told Rolling Stone, Combs asked her if she wanted to invite a man. He was in a state of despair and had both asked and pushed it to bring a man with them next time. “I was only half awareness at night,” said Lovelace. “But I remember that I thought: ‘I just say yes so that he leaves me in peace and I never come back. I never come back after this evening.'”

When she woke up after sexual actions the next morning, she “felt sick and confused” and couldn’t remember what had happened. The bedroom was disordered.

In the days of Combs’ arrest, Lovelace said to the Rolling Stone, Combs was looking for contact with her, wanted to talk to her and bring her to New York. This was another attempt to “control their behavior, to restrict their autonomy and to silence them by harassing, intimidation and other tactics,” said the lawsuit. “Despite trying to distance himself from Mr. Combs, Ms. Lovelace received news about her whereabouts and her activities.”

Lawyer: “Nobody stands above the law”

Lovelace’s lawyer Joseph Ciaccio said his law firm Napoli Shkolnik “is fully behind the courageous decision of our client to publicly identify in the civil lawsuit against Sean Combs,” and added: “Your decision to go public says a lot about her strength and determination. Our office has made it clear from the start that nobody is above the law – especially not persons Power positions.

Lovelace calls for compensation and the transfer of attorney costs. “I believe in God’s timing,” says Lovelace. “I believe that the light reveals what needs to be healed. And I believe that the truth – even if it hurts – is the beginning of freedom. Everyone who supports me prayed and kept space for my healing: Thank you. I’m still healing. I still find my way. But today I decide to go on with a raised head and intact voice.”
