Schutter in New York referred to NFL, but, according to Mayor, went to the wrong office

The man who shot four people in New York probably did that because he was angry with the National Football League (NFL), the National American Football Association. Sources report to ‘CNN’ that he had a note that stated that he had a brain disorder that occurs with football players who have often had main injuries. The NFL has an office in the building where the shooting took place, but the shooter would have gone wrong.
