Saimi Hoyer will be seen on TV today after Hotel Punkaharju filed for bankruptcy. That happened in April due to insolvency.

Losing his life’s work is not the first setback in Hoyer’s life. He has mourned his mother’s death last year and the end of his marriage in a divorce. The separation came in 2018.

Hoyer has had help from the forest in all the corners. He is a national park patron and a passionate mushroom picker. FridayIn the pre-interview of the program, he has said that he takes care of his psychological well-being with the help of nature.

– By going to the forest, we could prevent mental health problems. The relationship with nature is a public health issue.

For Saimi Hoyer, the forest is like a friend who listens to your worries, to whom you can cry even with great sorrows. Over

However, Hoyer reminds us that in the end a person is in nature in a foreign land.

– Like a moose coming to Mannerheimintie in Helsinki, Hoyer compares.

– Respecting nature is thinking about other people, but also those who live in the forest: plants, trees, mushrooms and others.
