Fortnite has announced that Sabrina Carpenter will return – with the interactive music event “Dance with Sabrina”. This celebration starts on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 8 p.m. and runs until June 16 at the Fortnite Festival.
Not the first collaboration
After her first cooperation with Fortnite in April-inspired by her short n ‘Sweet World Tour-Carpenter now comes back with a musical live performance that relies on fun with the community. Before that, fans were able to hear songs such as “Juno”, “Nonsense”, “Please Please Please” and “Key” and unlock suitable outfits, Emotes and items. Now the interactive part goes on.
This is what the players can expect: on the inside at “Dance with Sabrina”
At the new event, players experience: Inside a virtual performance by Sabrina Carpenter, which is said to be staged as a sweet, playful stage show. Participating gamers are invited to dance to the beat of songs like “Espresso”. The more precisely you hit the rhythm, the faster your “heart meter” fills up.
At the end of each song, the best dancers receive: Special roles on the stage-for example as a dance leader: In, special effect manager: in or as a video artist: In with whom you can actively contribute to the stage show. Plus: If you hit the most beats throughout the show, you will appear on the side by side with Sabrina Carpenter in the final photo.
New music & emotes at Fortnite
In keeping with the event, Carpenter’s track “Bed Chem” was included in the Fortnite Festival. In addition, a new emote is available with which gamers: inside can show their moves to music.
Emily Levy from Epic Games told “Billboard” that the event was inspired by the “incredible energy” of the fans: “When Sabrina Carpenter came to Fortnite, we saw a sea of carpenter outfits that danced. We were immediately clear: We have to celebrate this enthusiasm with an event that is just as lively and creative: inside.”

In an interview with the American “Rolling Stone”, Sabrina Carpenter was enthusiastic about the opportunity to present her music in a creative way: “I love it when fans can experience music over different platforms – not only by listening, but also through active things. For everyone who could not see my tour live, this is a special gift.”
Even if she had not played a Fortnite before her first collaboration, she now has big plans for the future-including the desire to see Country icon Dolly Parton in the game. And on the comments that their avatar was too big, the 1.50m large carpenter reacted humorously via “nme”: “My avatar is definitely great-after all, Fortnite characters are all around 1.90m tall, which happens to be my true body size.”
