Ukraine’s representative to the United Nations, Sergei Kislitsia, has called on UN members to try to prevent Russia from assuming the Presidency of the Security Council on April 1.
“The night of the Russian invasion (UN Secretary General) Antonio Guterres described it as ‘the saddest day of his mandate’.
