The Hamburg regional court prohibits Shelby Lynn from claiming that her drink at a Rammstein concert in Vilnius in 2023 was spiked with drugs at a party organized by the band. This was announced by Simon Bergmann, Till Lindemann’s lawyer, in a press release shared on X.

What did Shelby Lynn claim?

The Northern Irishwoman Shelby Lynn explained on social media platforms at the time that drugs or knockout drops were mixed into her drink at a Rammstein concert on May 22, 2023. She also expressed suspicions that she had been physically abused while she was unconscious.

“These allegations triggered a storm of outrage against our client around the world,” said the lawyer. “Various sources reported the suspicion that our client drugged women at Rammstein concerts with knockout drops or other drugs or drugged them to such an extent that he was able to perform sexual acts on them.”

What the judgment says

Through a ruling dated October 24, 2025, the Hamburg Regional Court now prohibits Shelby Lynn from claiming that she received a drug-laced drink at a party organized by the band at the Rammstein concert in Vilnius. As a result of the ruling, the following explanations are no longer permitted, as Bergmann states in the statement:

  • “I was spiked by Rammstein at pre party”
  • “The girl that got spiked by Rammstein”
  • “SOMEBODY on Rammstein crew spiked me and many other girls”

According to Lindemann’s lawyers, the court based the ban on the fact that these quoted statements turned out to be untrue. “Since she alleges dishonest conduct, the court decided that Shelby Lynn bears the burden of proof for the accuracy of her statements. She did not meet this burden of proof. She could not prove that members of the band Rammstein mixed drugs into her drink. Her oral testimony at the hearing on August 22, 2025 did not convince the court,” according to the press release.

It is further pointed out that Shelby Lynn is now prohibited by court order from “making such serious allegations against our client and the band Rammstein. The decision is of particular importance as almost all media reports since June 2023 have been based on the now banned allegations by Shelby Lynn. We have had to initiate numerous proceedings on behalf of our client in relation to these reports. These proceedings almost without exception ended successfully in our client’s favor.”

The criminal investigation initiated by the Vilnius police and the Berlin public prosecutor’s office based on Shelby Lynn’s allegations has resulted in Till Lindemann’s favor. “Both investigations were discontinued shortly after the relevant information was presented due to a lack of evidence,” the statement emphasizes again.
