From a sporting point of view, I cannot understand this change and therefore the ideal solution would have been for me. Proof for a whole season in Stuttgart. That you can and do what you played in the last second half of the season over a longer period of time. For me, the step to Bayern would probably have been too early. Therefore, it is a change that I cannot understand from a sporting point of view. Of course I know the numbers or we have all read the numbers now and of course also know what it is about on the island. This clearly shows this transfer phase that we have little chance of keeping players. And now is the best comparison that an association like Newcastle simply has more options than FC Bayern. You can see that from the example and that’s why you have to say that very clearly. We can no longer get world -class players in the league, we give many players with great, but also medium quality, who simply say yes, in England I make more money that I will never earn in Germany in Germany. And then? Then it is made easy for them. And in the end we have to stand in the back now. The money is number one for many. Also to be secured. Young players, especially you wanted to do that. Young I said Kasper, there are still enough examples to secure themselves there. But then also Milo, who goes to Saudi Arabia. He is also 23. Of course he plays there for two years now, gets his pockets full, but then probably comes back to Europe at some point because he then realizes that he wants to play high -class football. Yes, but then the quality has gone down in the past two years. And then the question is who still wants him? We have to understand this as an opportunity and also have the goal of working even better, to work even more precisely, then bring even more boys up. Now of course we see again, then the risk is that they will be bought away quickly. But you have to give them the chances. You have to give them reasons to stay. Arguments and you give that with trust, you also give that with identification. And that has to be created. And in the end last year Paris becomes Champions League winner. Of course they also have a lot of money, but they also put together a team somewhere, a team developed these very expensive stars like a Messi before were no longer there at Paris, but managed to develop a good team with good work. And that must be the goal of the German clubs. But of course you will always have in mind yes, it may also be the case that a player that we developed is bought away from us again half a year later.
