Ron Jans’ new life as a retiree starts with two days of cycling with his wife Marjo on the Veluwe. “I’m really looking forward to that. Hopefully we don’t encounter a wolf,” the 67-year-old coach joked after he lost the play-off final with FC Utrecht for a ticket for the second qualifying round of the Conference League because Ajax took better penalties.
