Roger Waters shares new recording of Pink Floyd’s ‘Time’

Roger Waters will release his new recording of Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side Of The Moon on October 6th, just in time for the record’s 50th anniversary. The album will officially be called The Dark Side Of The Moon Redux. Waters teases how that will sound with the newly recorded single “Time”. Previously, the former Pink Floyd member’s version of “Money” appeared in a whisper.

The album, the original of which was recorded in 1973, was produced by the former Pink Floyd founding member and the American producer and musician Gus Seyffert. None of the other surviving band members, such as David Gilmour and Nick Mason, will be part of the Redux release. The three are said to be at odds.
