The police published recognizable photos of two men who have misbehaved in Eindhoven on the day PSV became champion. With this she hopes that the wheel turners will still report.
The celebration of the national championship on May 18 was given a big blemish through violence by a large group of rioters. The criminal investigation department started an extensive investigation. That recently led to the distribution of photos of five men and a woman who used extreme violence that Sunday. A few people already reported afterwards.
The two suspects of whom clear photos have now been published were given two weeks to report themselves after their faces were “Blurded”. They haven’t done that yet. People who know one of the two men or both are also asked to contact the police.
The research is still in full swing. The police do not rule out that more photos of suspects will be distributed. A large number of people have been selected on images of the disturbances, they were guilty of serious violence. Police officers have already recognized a number of rioters themselves.
Agents and members of the Mobile Unit (ME) in particular had to suffer from the riots. Even after the peloton, the ME was attacked and bombarded with heavily explosive fireworks, stones, tables and even street furniture.
