Every now and then an artist is accused of plagiarizing a song. These are usually about compositions. But now Rick Astley claims the rapper Young Gravy plagiarizing Astley’s voice.

It’s about the song Betty (Get Money).

In the song, clips from Astley are borrowed Never Gonna Give You Up – from the hit.

The rapper raps and sings in the song with a voice that Astely thinks is like his own voice.

Astley has now sued Gravy.

According to the lawsuit, Yung Gravy did not get permission to sample the song Never Gonna Give You Up.l

Gravy and his label Universal have not commented on the matter.

Young Gravy has not commented on the accusation. PDO
