Revolution in the regional league? Club present plan

In the regional league football, different things change when it comes to a few clubs. These have now presented a concept.
With three solutions, 17 of the 18 regional league clubs from the northeast pushed the question of ascent to the 3rd league. Under the motto “Reform 2025- #Master Müsensenufen #” They want to give the Northeast German Football Association (NOFV) proposals for an application to the DFB Bundestag in September.
The stone of the kick-off is the advancement regulation of the German Football Association (DFB) that has existed since 2017 and modified in 2019. There are five regional league seasons.
A promotion scheme advertised as a temporary solution stipulates that the masters of the most members of the members of the Southwest and West associations rise directly. The other three associations always have a direct climber. The remaining two associations have to play a relegation.
1) The currently five regional leagues are reduced to four – north, east, south, west – and at the same time increased to 20 teams per season. A similar division already existed as a third-class regional league in the 1990s. Every master would rise, there would be 80 instead of 90 regional league teams in Germany.
2) All five regional league champions play against each other in a playoff round. The four best -placed teams rise. The income from the television marketing is evenly distributed among all regional leagues that take part in the playoff round.
3) The 3rd football league is increased to 22 clubs, with four relegations. There are four regional leaves, every master rises. The second representatives of the professional clubs play in a separate U23 league, similar to in England, to specifically promote the offspring and to introduce talents of the top clubs to third parties or fourth division.
