Amsterdam is in decline. This is the conclusion reached by a confused professor who in Amsterdamned 2 is firmly convinced that the canals are plagued by a mythical monster that he calls The Bully. The man, a wonderful supporting role by Pierre Bokma, even has a drawing ready that he has taken to the police station. He is sent away like a fool by the officers on duty.
