1/3 Residents overpower burglar, thief seriously injured
A burglar was seriously injured on Thursday in a house on Koudenhovenseweg Zuid in Eindhoven. The thief was overpowered by a resident, after which a fight arose, the police said on Friday.
The resident arrested the suspect and then called the police. The moment they came to the house, the thief turned out to be so injured that emergency services were signed.
Several ambulances came to the house, a trauma helicopter was also called. The man was taken to the trauma center in Tilburg in an ambulance. How he is doing is unknown. The police make no statements about this.
The police have not yet been able to hear the suspect.
