From September 2024, religion or morality lessons could gradually disappear from the timetable of official education in French-speaking Belgium. Classes in philosophy and citizenship would be replaced, writes Le Soir. This is an orientation note on which the government of the French community has started consultations with the relevant educational networks and trade unions.
