The Major League Soccer has a new ligainter record transfer. FC Cincinnati costs the services of Spielmacher Evander $ 12 million, the equivalent of around 11.5 million euros. This sum flows to the Portland Timbers, in which the Brazilian had contributed 15 goals and 15 templates in 28 season games last season.
In Cincinnati, Evander is now signing a contract with the option for another season until 2027. It is the third-tax transfer of the club history and the most expensive between two MLS clubs. Just this year Luciano Acosta had broken this record with EUR 3.85 million (from La Galaxy to Kansas City) with EUR 4.8 million (from Cincinnati to Dallas) and Dejan Joveljić.
In any case, the transfer sums in the MLS are increasingly increasing in the MLS one and a half years before the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico. In this winter, the 30 clubs added up 210 million euros and thus more than the Ligue 1 (€ 202 million), the Bundesliga (€ 181 million) or the Saudi Pro League (€ 168 million).
