RECONSTRUCTION. How a thief steals a car and three children in the backseat: “We heard the car leaving and couldn’t believe it”

The car was still warming up for a few seconds before the family of Dutch folk singer Sander Kwarten left on holiday. The children – aged 4, 6 and 10 – were already in the back seat. An unknown man got into the car and drove away. He put the children out of the car further away and was ultimately only caught about 100 kilometers away – from us in Geel. Reconstruction of a very striking theft.
