The 17-year-old Franco Mastantuono changes from River Plate in Argentina to Spanish record champion Real Madrid for 63.2 million euros.
According to reports, the royal pays over 63 million euros for the Youngster, the exit clause in Mastantuonos River-Plate contract was 45 million euros. This becomes the most expensive departure in the history of the Argentine Torneo Apertura.

It proudly fulfills us to see how you grew in the club,” said a message from River Plate. “We wish you the best for this new stage.” The midfielder receives a contract in Madrid until 2031. With his commitment last week in the World Cup qualification game against Chile, the 17-year-old became the youngest player in an official international match of the Argentine national team. He is also the youngest scorer in the history of River Plate.
