The Rampvilla of Maxime Meiland – the house has a bad energy label and a bad location – has not been sold. “That American couple did not get the mortgage,” it sounds.
Maxime Meiland has bought a villa of about two million euros in Noordwijk in a shower of recklessness, but of course everyone knows: as soon as her father stops screaming, it is also for Maxime over and out. That girl must of course get rid of that house, because the monthly payments hang like a millstone around her neck and for a long time her TV work will no longer last.
Americans drop out
However, there is a huge problem with the sale of that villa, because the energy label is very bad and the location is dramatic, namely in addition to a very busy road. If you already spend millions, then of course you will not sit next to a race track. Then you can really get a picturesque location.
For a moment it seemed that Maxime had bite, because the reality star announced at the beginning of last month that she had sold her house to an American couple, which did not even come to see. So they had no knowledge of all that trip in the house and that busy road. But a huge damper: it is canceled, Evert Santegoeds now reports Shownieuws.
Strong story
Tooske Ragas introduces the news. “We all thought Maxime’s house was sold, but that is not entirely apparent …”
Colleague Evert on that: “No, but there is always something with those Meilandjes of course, isn’t it? That house in France they bought at the time and just as easy they think they get rid of it again.”
“At one point Maxime had the strong story – it was a nice story – that there was an American couple who unseen a few million to buy that house.”
Rosy
That did not work, says Evert. “Well, that turns out to be a little less rosy, because those people don’t have the money and have to arrange a mortgage. That is quite complicated for Americans to get a mortgage done in the Netherlands.”
Maxime does not end anything in the end, he expects. “Then you must have tried at least three banks to say,” I can’t do it, “and then you will get under the fine.”
Triple loads
Maxime’s Villa gets up Funda Still as ‘sold subject to change’, and that says a lot, says Evert. “It seemed sold, but it is not yet sold at all and if people are messing around in such a way to get the millions together, which you could actually assume that they would have – at least, they argued that impression – then it is all a bit disappointing.”
“And I can imagine that Maxime is starting to move a bit impatiently on the seat, because then she would have triple loads. The new house, this house and then also the Tiny House. So it’s all a bit disappointing at the moment.”
