Puma has unveiled its new technical performance collection. Inspired by the world of hybrid training, the so-called Pwrmode line is aimed at athletes who want to complete intensive training sessions with maximum precision and comfort, the Herzogenaurach-based sports manufacturer announced on Wednesday.
A central element of the collection is the newly developed DryElite fabric. This is a quick-drying fabric with improved sweat wicking. It is designed to keep athletes dry and cool even during high-intensity workouts and exceed previous standards in moisture management. The collection was designed in collaboration with Hyrox athletes.
“Being involved in the development is a real game changer. I tested Pwrmode in explosive strength and hybrid workouts – and it impresses across the board. The result is a unique collection for peak performance,” says Hunter McIntyre, three-time Hyrox world champion.
Erin Longin, VP Run/Train at Puma, added: “With DryElite, we are setting a new standard for training clothing. Athletes stay dry and comfortable – even under pressure – so they can reach their full potential. The collection shows how we innovate with performance and elite athletes in mind.”
The collection includes versatile essentials for training and everyday life. These include the Men’s DryElite T-shirt with targeted ventilation zones, the Men’s DryElite 5-Inch Woven Short and the Women’s DryElite 3-Inch Woven Short. All pieces are light, breathable and flexible and are designed to support athletes with every movement, complemented by special details and typical Puma design features.
The collection is available now via Puma.com, in Puma stores and at select retailers in North America, Europe and Australia.
